Cancellation Right

You have the right to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days without providing any reason.

The cancellation period begins from the day you, or a third party appointed by you (excluding the carrier), receive the complete order.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us with a clear statement of your decision by email or post.

You may use the cancellation form included in your order confirmation, although this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the fourteen-day cancellation period expires.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day we receive your cancellation request.

Additional delivery costs resulting from selecting a delivery method other than our standard delivery option are non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. No additional fees will be charged for the reimbursement.

We may withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received or until proof of return has been provided, whichever occurs first.

Products must be returned within fourteen (14) days from the date you informed us of the cancellation.

The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the products.

You are only liable for any reduced value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the products.

Exceptions

The right of cancellation does not apply to:

  • custom-made or personalized products;
  • sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once opened;
  • perishable goods or products with limited shelf life.
